What the site collects. The site has no account form, no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker. Personal data is only collected when you book a demo: name, email address and answers entered in the scheduling widget, to organise the call and follow up on it (pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest in answering a request).

Service providers. Scheduling is provided by Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). Its calendar, which sets its own cookies, only loads if you choose to display it; transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Illustration images are loaded from Unsplash, which receives the visitor's IP address in doing so. The hosting provider keeps the server's technical logs.

Retention. Prospect data is kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which you can exercise at contact@floweez.org. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Data processed within the Floweez applications (accounts, files, inventory reports) is covered by their own privacy policy, available in each application.
