Why this email?
Floweez is the software estate agencies, employers and notaries use to gather the documents of a file. The organisation asking you added you as a contributor: its file is named in the email subject.

Your account is already opened by the organisation. Click “Créer mon compte” (create my account) in the first Floweez email, choose a password: that's all. The service is free for you.

Apply to an open project
If an organisation publishes projects open to applications, they appear under “Projets ouverts”: click “Postuler” (apply) and the file joins your projects.

Upload your documents, then submit
One file per row (PDF, PNG or JPEG), then “Soumettre” (submit). Nothing is sent before: keep the page open until then.

Has your link expired?
This is normal: for your security, it is only valid for a while. Your account does exist.
Contact Floweez directly: we will send you a new link.
Floweez will never ask you
- to pay for anything;
- for your password, by email, phone or text;
- to send your documents by email;
- to install software.
Secure sending
- Uploaded in your space, over an encrypted connection.
- Shared only with the organisation requesting them.
- Deleted when the file is closed (GDPR).
- Hosted in the European Union.

No. Floweez is document collection and verification software, published by a French company registered in Paris (SIREN 903 724 482). A genuine Floweez email is sent from no-reply@floweez.org and its links only lead to app.floweez.org or auth.floweez.org. If in any doubt, write to contact@floweez.org.
